Finding a therapist can be really hard work, so I applaud you for looking at this page right now! I'm quirky and humorous and I'd love to help with whatever you're bringing to therapy. I specialize in OCD and anxiety, and enjoy working with all letters of the LGBT+ community. I strive to provide trans-affirming care. My goal is to give you a safe and nonjudgmental space to bring whatever you've got going on, help you make sense of it, and learn how to cope.
My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD. Together, we will decide what approach fits you best and tailor treatment to meet your needs.
