I am a Licensed Social Worker. I have worked with a variety of client populations including children, adolescents and adults. Areas of treatment have been, but are not limited to, trauma and stressor related disorders, anxiety, depression, work/life balance, interpersonal relationship issues, self-esteem, grief/loss, self-harm and suicidality.

My therapeutic work is grounded in trauma informed care. I use unconditional positive regard and have a non-judgmental stance to support my clients. Specific therapeutic modalities include: CBT, person centered therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR. I am also eclectic in reality-based and psychodynamic approaches.

I provide an environment where you are the leader of your journey and I am there to accompany you along the way. I believe therapy does not work if forced and I move with you at your own pace, providing encouragement and compassion. We are on this journey together.
