I am inspired in helping adolescents and adults cope with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief/loss, trauma, and behavioral issues. I am motivated to create a safe and secure setting for individuals to communicate, discover, and manage their thoughts and feelings in a healthy and constructive manner. I empathically strive to deliver clients valuable therapeutic services in order to address their individual needs toward a more joyful and tranquil life. In addition, I have a passion in working with couples to effectively communicate to resolve conflict.
I primarily implement the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy when working with individual adolescent and adult clients. I am also Level I trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy to assist couples in building and increasing a bond to create better understanding and empathy in the relationship.
