They want to gain a deeper understanding of how their past shapes their present, who they are, what they want, and why they do what they do, with a desire to move forward while honoring their authentic selves.
I practice from a strengths-based and integrative approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet the client's needs. Together, we explore the client's past experiences, relationship dynamics, thoughts, and emotions, in order to gain insight and skills to empower them to create a future that best serves their long term goals.
In addressing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, I offer a safe haven in my office where clients can let down their guard, be themselves, and embark on their unique journeys toward self-discovery and growth.
