Life can be really difficult to navigate at times. Different spaces in life require different tools and skills. Whatever the case, it is my passion assisting teen and adult women as they discover themselves and develop what they need to live the lives they desire.
I am a bilingual (Spanish), bicultural and a strong advocate for Latinx mental health awareness and education. I believe strongly in building therapeutic relationships from a culturally-informed and person-centered lens. My therapeutic approach is informed by motivational interviewing, family systems and other trauma informed approaches.
In our work together, we will develop a collaborative dynamic with the goal of helping you move toward the life you want. I will always provide respect and unconditional positive regard. I want you to feel safe and protected so you can be yourself, your real self, both while with me and in the world.
