My name is Rico Nelson. I specialize in working with individuals and families that struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, grief, addiction, and more. I am interested in building a positive and caring therapeutic rapport to ensure clients feel safe and supported. I help clients identify their issues and develop a treatment plan that has a person-centered focus, maximizes strengths, and promotes empowerment. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered and Solution Focused Therapies. I’m also certified in Post-Traumatic Stress in those who have served in Behavioral Health Case Management and our US Military.
