Social Emotional Therapy Group For Kids and Teens
6-month curriculum founded on CBT and DBT clinical orientation. They will begin in September and cover a range of meaningful mental health topics and techniques. The goal is to empower your child in learning how they can manage their emotions and develop coping strategies. We would like to gauge the level of interest.
