These life struggles can lead to Anxious and Depressive Symptoms (sx's) that may seem overwhelming at times. My passion is to help children and families work through depressive sx's, anxious sx's, low self-esteem sx's, grief sx's, behavioral issues, peer relationships, family conflict, trauma and substance use. Techniques practiced are evidence-based methods with collaborative client focused processes, such as, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I've been fortunate to work with Children and Families in Schools, Agencies and Private Practices for several years as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and School Counselor. I have extensive experience working through anxiety, depression, academic underachievement, interpersonal relationship issues, low self-esteem, and appropriate stress management.
