Hello! I am so glad that you are seeking help at this time. I realize it takes courage to reach out. I believe you have a very unique and precious life story. Sometimes life takes unexpected, unwanted turns that can be challenging, and, at times, overwhelming or even devastating. For different reasons, it can sometimes be difficult to fully share all that you’re experiencing with those around you, including close family members. My desire is to be a safe place for you to experience acceptance, understanding and comfort and so that you may begin a new, hopeful chapter that includes healing and a deeper sense of peace and well-being.
I work with adults seeking help with anxiety, depression, grief (particularly child loss and infertility), relational issues, life transitions and spiritual direction. I have several years of experience working with college/career age women and enjoy helping people involved in ministry. I am currently on the approved counselors panel of Mission To the World.
Though my world view was formed in the Christian faith, through my experiences and background, I have lived overseas and love connecting with people from various cultural and faith backgrounds. Whatever you’re facing, I realize it takes courage to reach out and to make the first call. I’m eager to help you and look forward to connecting.
