Are you looking to find more peace, connection, and balance as a parent, partner, and individual? Are you tired of the constant power struggles with your child? I can help you learn techniques that allow you resolve conflicts where both parties walk away feeling complete, help you become more mindful, and increase your self-awareness. If you are seeking to move away from traditional ways of parenting, improve your own emotional health, and build upon your strengths, I offer a safe space to support you on your journey. My integrative therapeutic techniques are tailored to your specific life experiences.
Parenting can be challenging, and I am here to offer support. I have clinical experience working in schools, hospitals, and regional centers. I am a credentialed Parent Educator and Certified Positive Discipline Instructor. My approach will help you see things from a different perspective and to focus on what you have control over - You!
I know it can feel hard to make a change, in fact, it might feel impossible. You may think, this is just who I am, or how I'm wired. While that is partially true, we really do have the power to change. If you are tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns, would like less conflict in relationships, and seek more self-compassion, why wait? Call me today!
