My counseling center is dedicated to helping individuals find a wide range of supports and foster lasting change. I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment for substance abuse, mental health disorders, and life coaching.
I meet individuals where they are mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to set personal goals and overcome struggles. I utilize a strength-based approach while incorporating evidence-based counseling practices.
