We are born with seeds of promise and life potential. However, life also comes with experiences and emotional trauma that can damage, block or inhibit that potential. The results of which can take forms such as depression, anxiety, low self esteem, vulnerability to abuse and relationship issues etc.. These struggles can be debilitating, soul destroying and often isolating. I am British born and have been in private practice as an analytically trained Jungian Psychotherapist for over thirty years. The Jungian depth perspective seeks to get to the root cause of your suffering and help create a connection to inner resources.
The unconscious part of ourselves provides guidance though dreams, fantasy and creative expression. I am interested in hearing your story and which dragons and demons you are struggling with and can accompany and guide you on your journey through dark landscapes and out the other side. My aim is to facilitate healing, self discovery and empowerment.
Most of my practice is online. I have many years experience working and living internationally and have found that this format works very well, is effective and affords access to many, far and near, who for whatever reason cannot travel. I have found that good chemistry and resonance between therapist and client transcends physical distance.
