With 19 years of experience, I can treat all subtypes of OCD and an array of anxiety disorders.

Each person is unique, and therapy will reflect that. I utilize evidenced based treatments such as ERP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Compassion-Focused Therapy and CBT. I have been a therapist for almost 20 years specializing in anxiety related symptoms.
