I understand life can throw curveballs, causing us to feel unbalanced and uncertain how to proceed. During these times, I can provide guidance and strategies to help you regain stability and hope. I do this using evidenced-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, IFS Parts Work, and mindfulness.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, self esteem issues, relationship problems, and grief including "ambiguous loss" grief when, for example, a family member has a loved one coping with serious mental illness and resolution seems unattainable.
I believe you have the answers within you. I see my role as facilitating helpful insight to empower you to bring about desired changes. I am currently accepting new clients and offer a free 15-minute consultation phone call to see if I might be a good fit for you. I look forward to working with you!
