I do this using evidenced-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, IFS Parts Work, and mindfulness.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, self esteem issues, relationship problems, and grief including "ambiguous loss" grief when, for example, a family member has a loved one coping with serious mental illness and resolution seems unattainable.
