Gottman 7 Principals Couples Workshop
Learn how to improve your relationship directly from a Gottman 7 Principles Educator in the comfort of a small group/workshop setting. All exercises will be done privately between just you and partner. Past workshop participants encouraged us to tell others thinking about attending how deeply meaningful, emotional uplifting, and relationship enhancing this workshop really is.

Lazy River Float
This is a group session for females only. It's being held in a natural springs river. You will float down the river in an inner tube floaty. The journey is meant to help you let go of what's holding you back and learn how to "go with the flow." Set intentions for the beginning of the school year or for the remainder of the calendar year.
