I am a licensed clinical psychologist here to support you in creating meaningful change, uncovering your resiliency, and understanding how your past is affecting your present. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults in individual therapy. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and relational meaning our relationship if central to the treatment. I aim to create a safe and collaborative space for my clients where together we can explore life’s challenges and process traumatic events.
I also provide psychodiagnostic assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. Psychological testing provides an opportunity to deep-dive into your strengths, challenges, and discover the origins of any difficulties. Testing also provides a takeaway of recommendations that can help guide next steps once we establish the present issues.
