| español We all go through challenges in life. Whether that be life’s day to day stressful events, or something more long term, like anxiety, depression, trouble sleeping, grief and, or trauma. My goal is to help you find some healing and improve your well being. I am a bilingual therapist and provide therapy in English and Spanish. Helping others through listening and sharing my expertise advice is my passion. I would love to learn more about you, hear your story and help you in your recovery.
I can help you learn how to cope with stress, use mindfulness, make healthy routine changes and respectfully listen. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy-EMDR (not certified yet) for a recent or past traumatic event. I use CBT for anxiety and depression and basic Exposure Response Prevention-ERP therapy for mild or moderate OCD.
I continue to learn and grow as a therapist and even if I am not the right fit for you, keep looking, help is out there! Sandra is not currently accepting new clients but we have other therapists at our practice who could be a good fit for you.

Women's Empowerment & Self-Esteem Group
Healing Waters Psychotherapy introduces our Women's Empowerment & Self-Esteem Program, a 9-week program via Zoom. Participate in discussions and activities around loving and valuing ourselves as women as well as a focus on self-care.
