My name is Sandra Lepe, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am here to help my clients manage those difficult times in their life. I have been practicing since 2005. I use a client-centered, strength-based approach to help you get to a better emotional and mental place in your life. I use CBT and solution-focused psychotherapy to help you resolve those issues you are struggling with. I use active listening and provide feedback to challenge those thoughts and behaviors causing you problems. My focus is on adults dealing with depression and anxiety.
I want my clients to be able to manage their stress and day-to-day problems in a way that makes them feel in control of their life.
