With over 15 years experience in "Corporate America" before transitioning to a career in therapy, I am equipped to offer personal life experience to my clients in order for them to develop healthier coping skills and work through unresolved issues.
I utilize a number of treatment modalities in my practice. Whether struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or the stress of everyday life, I strive to tailor my work toward each individual's unique set of challenges. I believe in each client's ability to change.
