I have varied experience; but most clients present with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship/marital, grief or loss, life changes, challenges of neurodiversity, addictions, and employment concerns. I have worked in the mental health field for 40 years and see how empowerment and guidance can help peoples' lives vastly improve.
