I help children and families that are overwhelmed by feelings of anxiety, anger, and depression. Children and teens with a history of trauma, unhealthy relationship patterns, or family issues also commonly come to see me. I am available for in-person or telehealth appointments. Currently, the latest timeslots that I have available are 2-3pm, thought I have some daytime slots available.
My specialties include: trauma; grief and loss; adverse life experiences; PTSD; anxiety and depression; foster care and adoption; children/adolescents of immigrants, family conflict; parenting; and, child and adolescent mental health. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families, as well as veterans.
My overall approach to treatment is person-centered, attachment-based and trauma-informed. I use evidence-based practices that match each individual’s unique needs. I believe in meeting each person where they are in their journey along with building a strong therapeutic relationship help people to make changes in their lives.
