I am an experienced practitioner working in the mental health field for many years. I provide a comfortable setting in which clients can feel safe in sharing personal problems and issues that are important to them. I work with individuals and couples. I specialize in treating anxiety and panic disorders, depression, and OCD. I also work with couples that are struggling in their relationships. I accept many insurance plans and work on a sliding scale if clients do not have insurance.
I have extensive experience and knowledge in working with anxiety disorders and OCD using cognitive behavioral therapy. I have taken courses post graduate in treating depressive disorders and work in conjunction with psychiatrists when necessary.
I make every effort to schedule appointments in a timely manner recognizing that clients are eager to get in as soon as possible. I have evening hours to accommodate clients that work during the day.
