My approach to therapy utilizes Christian Counseling, CBT, Solution Focused, Strength Based, Self-Esteem, Person-Centered, and Client Centered.
I work well with individuals and couples in the area of trauma, abuse, anger management, anxiety, and depression. My attraction to becoming a therapist comes from a desire to highlight an individual's strength and potential while helping them identify change as a part of growth.
