As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor: My goal is to provide a nondirective, empathic approach that empowers and motivates the client in the therapeutic process. The change should come internally, from the inside out and not from outside pressures. Which is the "Person Centered" therapy developed by the humanistic psychologist Carl Rogers.

Meeting with teens Face to Face - teens 12-17 years old - learning, sharing and discussing anger management, family relationships, self esteem issues, learning self love and self confidence. Parent Workshops - helping to improve and build relationships at home. Families learning to have family meetings and learning conflict resolution.
