I believe that every person has it within them to manage life's most difficult moments while connecting with their true, authentic selves. I grew up with the cultural stigma of working with a counselor, but I know firsthand the importance of working with a trusted professional to help us navigate the issues that we face every day. I am here to provide a judgment-free space that welcomes you to show up exactly as you are.
I provide trauma-sensitive and culturally responsive counseling for individuals dealing with a variety of issues, such as life transitions, depression and anxiety. While we work together, I will utilize a blend of talk-therapy and solution focused therapy. I believe that with proper guidance, the answers to our obstacles can be found within ourselves.
In addition, I can provide Christian counseling for those wishing to incorporate faith into their sessions.
