Hello, my name is Dale. My journey to counseling came about a little differently than some. My background was in the medical field as a radiologic technologist where I had the privilege of working with hurting people every day. Then through a difficult journey of my own, I saw hurting people in a way that I had never seen. They were hurting from the inside, the hidden place holding wounds and experiences from loss, grief, and pain. I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I have experience in both private and hospital settings with individuals and groups and am passionate about serving clients experiencing life transitions, grief, loss, betrayal trauma, separation, divorce, anxiety, and depression. My approach to counseling blends elements such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered, and compassionate care.
