I am passionate about working with others to break down barriers that prevent the individual from being their best self. This includes mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. If you are facing difficulties in your life, together we can work on finding a solution to help you have a healthy and “whole” life experience. The key is knowing you do not have to face life challenges and barriers alone.
As a single mother of a special needs child, I can understand so many difficulties we face in life. I have had many difficulties in many areas that has forced me to do the “hard work” to get to a safe and joyous space in my life. I believe that as each life challenge approach us, we must face it, go through it, and discover that we can overcome it.
One thing certain in our lifetime is that we will have challenges, roadblocks, mountain highs, and valley lows. One of the hardest things about seeking help is asking for it. You can count on me to be an empathic listener and to hear what you are saying. I encourage and motivate you to “Speak Your Truth.” Call or email me…let’s have a conversation.
