I believe in finding the best treatment intervention to assist you in navigating your particular issue, at this particular time. I am passionate about helping you discover your true purpose and improving your sense of well-being. I believe in treating the whole person to help you reach your highest potential. A therapeutic journey can have complex challenges and I am dedicated to help you navigate life’s twist and turns.

I am trained in EMDR and treat complex trauma. Many of my clients struggle with low self-esteem, a desire to find purpose and difficulty with self-compassion. I enjoy treating the source of the issue and providing my client's with methods to help them cope along the way.
