I invite all ages into the therapeutic relationship and will work with individuals, families, couples and groups. My background supports a variety of modalities, populations and identified disorders; I have a particular skill set to work with folks affected by Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Grief and/or Addictions. With my background in Fine Arts and Expressive Therapies using creative approaches is of particular interest.
I incorporate pets, play and humor in therapy sessions. It is important to use our whole self to work on balancing our imbalances. Sometimes movement, sometimes mindfulness and stillness, sometimes creative endeavors and sometimes talking are all part of the journey.
