We will work together to explore small achievable steps and learn new skills to work on finding an overall balance that encompasses the mind, body, and soul. We will explore our emotions through mindfulness, learn to manage triggers caused by past trauma through positive coping strategies, and learn to love ourselves as the unique individuals we are.
