I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, parenting, teen issues, self confidence building, adjustment issues & goal setting. Working with veterans is also a passion of mine having served in the military myself. In addition to therapy I also offer one time evals for Veterans to document symptoms & trauma history/ provide a diagnosis/supporting screeners to aid in VA Disability Claims.
Life is not always easy. It may be a stressful time where changes are occurring. You may feel stuck, like every day is the same and you can’t bring yourself out of it. Although family and friends may be a wonderful support, sometimes you need someone who is there just for you, a non-judgmental person to help. Taking the first step is always the hardest.
Change is hard, life can be difficult, I can help. I will be there to listen and we can make a plan together to get things back on track. I have 20 years experience as a high school teacher and school counselor and have also had the honor of serving in the US Air Force where I worked as a first responder. You can do hard things.
