I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified health and wellness coach. I specialize in anxiety disorders and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I use a variety of approaches and modalities to meet people where they are at and help them reach their goals. I love working with children and their families to help them regain control over anxiety and OCD and live fuller lives. I offer parent education/support groups so parents can learn how to best support their children who are struggling with OCD.
