Are you struggling with adjusting to change? Are past traumas keeping you stuck? There are so many changes universally right now and they can be overwhelming. Even adapting back to what we are referring to as "normalcy" is different and new. Or, do you have some issues with feeling confident in one or more areas of your life? I get it. And still others would like to feel more comfortable in their family role, professional role, or even in their roles in general. They would like to be able to move forward.
