My approach is to be compassionate, non-judgmental, encouraging, and authentic. I provide an eclectic therapeutic experience that includes CBT, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoanalysis.
I work with clients to treat their depression and anxiety in order to develop self-love, gain insight and find balance in their lives. A client working with me is looking for independence and balance in their relationship with themselves and others. I encourage clients to prioritize finding their inner peace.
