Counseling is a field that helps to empower clients by promoting positive mental health, wellness, and growth. It is a collaborative process where the counselor and client work together to create goals to work on concerns to help promote a positive lifestyle. I would like to help clients regain control in their lives and be able to become more resilient and better equipped to handle daily or long-term struggles.
I am a graduate of Northwestern University’s Counseling MA program with a specialization in children and adolescents. I will advocate for all of my clients and I have trained at a crisis center and worked at a domestic violence shelter. I hope to join you on your path to achieve more positive mental health.
