Hello, I'm Samyra (Sah-my-rah)! My goal is to help clients determine what's missing in their lives and to assist them in filling the void.
My specialty: anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and adult survivors of child abuse. My approach to therapy is integrative. I use cognitive behavioral and solution-focused techniques to help clients accomplish therapeutic goals.
