Hello, and welcome to my profile! My practice is largely geared toward supporting individuals, couples and families in navigating difficulties and transitions (relationship dynamics, grief, stress, anxiety, and disconnection) as well as those seeking a deeper connection with themself or others. I have a special interest in supporting male identified folks, emerging adults (16 and up), as well as those who feel firmly, or not so firmly, planted in the adulting world. I also specialize in supporting caregivers of children of any age and those who are new to the therapy experience.
I offer a warm, inviting, consistent space to focus on whatever it is that is bringing you to therapy. I do this in part by supporting you to name and reflect on your experiences/relationships and consider how they are working for you; and where you can feel more agency within or around them. These conversations are guided by YOUR hopes, values, and dreams.
