I also provide great tools and strategies to help with stress, anxiety, depression, and communication skills. I have a flexible approach to helping others, so whatever your needs are... I am confident that we can create an experience that works well for you. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients (ages, situations, and reasons for counseling). I do particularly well with teenagers and young adults, and I also really enjoy working with professionals who want help managing stress and living a healthy lifestyle.
I take a positive and forward-moving approach in therapy. If you choose to work with me, we will build useful skills and identify ways to respond effectively to the circumstances and challenges in your life. We can also work on creating healthy habits and routines that help you feel better, improve your health, and function at your highest level.
