My name is Sam and I help people who are struggling with issues around anxiety, depression, and trauma using a variety of therapeutic approaches including somatic, mindfulness and eye movement desensitization reprocessing. I support individuals who are struggling to feel normal or live a full life by using an approach that is comfortable you.
