It's difficult to reach out for help sometimes; it takes strength and bravery. I treat clients with compassion and an understanding of the context of their lives. Your worldview and experience are extremely important factors in creating a treatment plan, including how you may be affected by neurodiversity, race and culture, disability, gender, and queer identity, as well as the intersection of these. I specialize in working with autism, ADHD, LGBT+/queer issues, families, communication skills, and connection-building.
