I specialize in working with adults who struggle with anxiety related to self-esteem, imposter syndrome, perfectionism and people-pleasing tendencies. We will explore how your unconscious feelings and patterns are impacting you and your relationships so that you can start to feel more agency over your life. With the clarity of understanding who you are, where you come from, and what triggers you, you can begin to feel more comfortable in your own skin.
We will take the time to slow down and focus on you. I will strive to understand your experience of the world with a deep sense of curiosity while challenging you to see yourself in new ways.
In addition to working with individuals, I also specialize in working with couples experiencing increased conflict and seeking to improve communication. In our sessions, we will create space for each partner's emotional experience of the relationship.
