We will explore unconscious material like your patterns, reactions, beliefs, and feelings to try to understand driving forces that make life seem so challenging. My goal is for you to feel safe so you can be vulnerable and explore the depth of your psyche. I will help you let go of defenses and create change in your life.

My office is located on the corner of Alamo & Lemon Drive, near Lemon Park. There is plenty of parking in front and behind the building. I am in the office most days until 9pm but I do not always have evening spots available. Please contact me to discuss availability.

Teen Autism Support Group
This is an in-person weekly support group for autistic teens. The goal of the group is have self discovery, learn coping skills for difficult feelings, develop self love, and to create connections with other neurodivergent teens. No official diagnosis of autism is needed to attend. Cost: $35 weekly
