I am a somatic therapist and include your awareness of your body into our practice. This is done at your comfortability and through simple somatic exercises such as breath work, small movements, stretching. Stress or anxious thoughts often lead to stomach upset, heart racing, tension in shoulders. Depression can lead to physical exhaustion, aching joints.
