With extensive experience using play and art therapy, and with training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I use a creative and integrative approach in my work. I create a warm and non-judgmental space where you or your child feel connected and empowered to reflect and grow.
With nearly a decade of elementary school work, I specialize in work with children and adolescents; I have experience with a wide range of clients with various stressors including mood disorders, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, trauma and life transitions.
