I specialize in working with women struggling with life transitions, low self esteem and confidence, looking to work through patterns of codependency and build their self-esteem, those who have experienced trauma, emotional or physical abuse within partnership, and other relationship concerns. As a trauma-informed, evidence-based therapist, I can work with you to help change the patterns that are leading you to feel unfulfilled and unhappy in your everyday life, and in your relationships.
My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for you to share your experiences and unpack difficult feelings. I like work with each client at their own pace and will help you learn to use your strengths to help facilitate emotional healing. You are encouraged to arrive as you are, with whatever thoughts and feelings are present for you.
