Helping others achieve an overall happy and healthy well-being has always been a passion of mine. I strive to offer guidance, support, tools, and a safe space throughout your therapeutic journey. Today, I am focused on supporting adult clients with enhancing self-esteem, coping with depression, anxiety, & ADHD symptoms, as well as assisting those experiencing domestic violence or relationship challenges. Finally, I am a member of our agency's assessment team, who provides adult ADHD assessments.
I primarily implement techniques based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Transpersonal Therapy models. However, I offer a person-centered approach to therapy, while incorporating specific theories that meet the needs of the client.
