I love working with clients who are looking to understand themselves, their relationships, and their curiosities about the world in a new way. With compassion, nuance, and curiosity, I'm hopeful that we can work together to explore you and your history in authentic and meaningful ways.
I've completed University of Michigan's certificate program in sex therapy. I've also been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I use frameworks from each modality, but I hope to collaborate to find tools that most resonate with you.
