If you’re a new mom trying to figure out who you are and how to thrive, you are not alone! This 6-week therapeutic support group welcomes mothers to a safe, non-judgmental space to learn and process together. We will cover topics including coping skills, self-care, connecting with your partner and how to navigate this life-changing time. Open to new moms 0-12 months postpartum. Babies welcome! In-person and virtual groups available.
