With 25 years of experience, I utilize practices in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, reflective practice, Raising Children with Nonviolence, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and am an IFS-Informed clinician. I incorporate neurobiology to enhance your awareness of how your nervous system affects your capacity to cope with stress and with the here & now.
As a woman of color & the child of immigrants, exploration of intersectionality is crucial to my practice. My deeply reflective style holds trust that the answers you need are answers you have, and that within the safety & guidance of a therapeutic relationship, you will move toward clarity that supports authentic, purposeful, & present living.
