The reality is that some things can't be changed, but our understanding can evolve which decreases distress and makes it easier to cope.
Most importantly, you are already doing things that are working! It's easy to feel you are either a success or failure, but you wouldn't be where you are today if you weren't doing some things well. We will work together to help you develop a balanced perspective of yourself as a person with strengths, areas of growth, and imperfections to be accepted.
